Please read before purchasing. 

 

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the order prior to submitting. Please review your order to ensure everything is correct (including but not limited to name, colors, address, design, etc). Missing information may delay processing. No changes of any kind are allowed once order is placed.

 

If any issues with the order please contact us within 48 hours (as long as it hasn’t already been shipped) so that we can cancel your order, and issue a refund. You will then need to place another order  with the correct information.

Custom/Personalized Items

Please allow 2-4 weeks processing time. If purchasing both ready to ship and a custom/personalized product together they will ship when all items are complete. 

 

Shipping policy

All ready to ship orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping for orders over $85. 

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries Canada,  Mexico & United Kingdom. 

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Please allow 8 to 20 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. J K Kreation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jkkreation.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to customization NO refunds or exchanges. Returns will be accepted on certain items. Return shipping labels must be purchased by the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as within 48 hrs at info@jkkreation.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
